- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After validating an on-line quote in their office the posted bill was significantly higher ($450 vs $670 for a 6 month car insurance). For my complaint they blamed some mysterious mistake in their computer system and were unwilling to solve the problem, even though they admitted their fault. Even if the original quote was bad this is a very strange attitude in business. I will never buy anything from such an unfair company.By Google User, March 02, 2017

We have held several policies with Frannie for motorcycle, snowmobile, and renters insurance and they are excellent at explaining all our coverage options as well as walking us through the process. It was really important to us that they took the time to fully explain everything and help to educate us on what we were purchasing. They were also exceptionally friendly and helpful when we had questions and the whole office is a pleasure to work with.
