- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This was one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. Abysmal customer service. Misinformation. Refusal to help due to laziness. Told me to call a number because they couldn't help at the local branch. Called the number and they said I had to go into the branch and that they could have helped me earlier. Utterly unacceptable.
